By boat from the Arroyo Valizas or on foot from a tourist ranch, Senderos Tours takes you to the largest group of ombúes in the Plata region, the Monte de Ombúes. Bordering the Laguna de Castillos this mountain grows for approximately 20 km. We will enter the forest on foot to closely observe the ombúes but also the native species that coexist with it: talas, ceibos, espinillos, arrayanes, coronilla. A few meters from this point it is also possible to observe birds such as ducks, white and black herons, lapwings, flamingos, storks, among others.
