Visit to the Laguna de Rocha protected area, an extensive territory with an extraordinary biological diversity, a refuge for more than 220 species of birds. On the shores of this wonderful place is a typical village of artisanal fishermen. These residents are in charge of collecting and fishing the most delicious flavors of this coastal lagoon. During the months of February to April, small lights illuminate the water as a way to capture the wild shrimp that grow in this lagoon.
